I had a really negative experience with ResMed customer service. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and It left a sour taste in my mouth. Here’s my story…

I recently purchased a ResMed S9 machine from [local retailer]. I loved the machine when I first got it, but after only a few months of use, I started having issues with it. Specifically, the machine would start making this high-pitched noise and wouldn’t be able to be used at all.

I reached out to customer service for help and they were absolutely horrible. They told me that there was nothing that they could do and that I needed to take the machine back to the store where I bought it. They didn’t even seem remotely interested in helping me troubleshoot or resolving the issue.

Overall, my experience with ResMed customer service was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to follow up with you on my recent experience with your customer service. I had a great experience overall, but there were a few things that could have been improved.

First of all, I would have appreciated if my original order had arrived sooner. It didn’t arrive until after my initial call to customer service, which made me feel like my issue wasn’t as important to them as it should have been.

Second, the woman I spoke with did not seem very knowledgeable about the products. She was able to answer some questions about the product, but she didn’t really seem to know how it worked or what benefits it provided.
