It all started when my daughter’s favorite toy, her Little Tikes Customer Service, broke. The plastic wheel fell off and we couldn’t find a replacement anywhere. We called customer service and they said they would send us a new one. A few weeks later, we received a notification that the part had shipped. But when we went to track the package, there was no tracking information. We called customer service again and they said they would look into it. A few days later, we received another notification that the part had shipped, but again, there was no tracking information. We called customer service a third time and they said they would send us a new one. This time, we received the part within a week and our daughter was happy again.

The Solution

I contacted Little customer service and they were incredibly helpful! They sent me a new part for the toy and even helped me troubleshoot the issue. I’m so grateful to have such great customer service available to me and my family.

The Outcome

In the end, I’m glad I reached out to Little Tikes customer service. They were friendly and helpful, and they sent me the replacement parts I needed for free. My son is now able to enjoy his swing again, and I’m a happy customer.
